Resident Services Department |
| The Resident Services Department works closely with the
housing management division, and maintenance department and their managers
as a liaison for the authority. A resident services manager is assigned to
assist in the implementation, organization, and election of resident
councils, as well as assist with special events and activities for
residents. The resident services manager also assists in the establishment
of amenities for residents such as hi-rise beauty shops, site based
"country stores", and various other quality of life provisions
requested by residents.
